it from the transmitter.

Connection to the mains supply.

WIRELESS

Wireless status indicator.

SELECT

Press shortly to scan for un-conﬁgured

wireless speakers. Long press to start manual

conﬁguration and then short press to switch

between speakers until the intended speaker

produces a sound during wireless setup.

STORE

Store speaker setting for a speaker and

move on to the next speaker. A long press

indicates the number of wirelessly connected

speakers in the PL status indicators.

USBB

For service only.

For connection of a ﬂash USB device for software

updates. For more information about software

updates, see www.bang-olufsen.com.

PL1-4

Inputs for connection of a video or audio system.

Each input has both a left and a right sound

channel, which is also indicated with a left/white

and right/red PL status indicator per input. If a PL

status indicator ﬂashes, there is no connection to

the speaker.

B&OINPUT (YES–NO)

Input signal switch: YES is for connection of a

Bang& Olufsen system, and NO is for connection

of a non-Bang& Olufsen system.

TOSLINK

Optical stereo input for connection of an audio

system. The volume of the signal must be adjusted

on the audio system.

INPUT (R–L)

Left and right line input for connection of an audio

system. The volume of the signal must be adjusted

on the audio system.

SUB–2.1 (OFF – ON)

Subwoofer switch: ON is for connection of two

speakers and one subwoofer using stereo input

(PL1, TOSLINK or INPUT (R-L)).

OFF is selected for all other setups, such as

surround sound setups.

Product status indicator:

– Red (solid): The indicator is solid red shortly

when the transmitter is connected to the mains,

switches o, or when it restarts after it has been

reset.

– Green (solid): The indicator is solid green

shortly when the transmitter switches on.

– Green(ashing): A software update is in

progress during which the speakers cannot play.

Do not disconnect from the mains.

– Orange(ashing): A hardware error has

occured. Disconnect the transmitter from the

mains and reconnect it. If the problem persists,

contact your Bang & Olufsen retailer.

Wireless status indicator:

– White(solid): Speakers are connected to the

transmitter.

– White(ashing): No speakers are connected

to the transmitter.

– Green(ashing): Speakers are connecting to

the transmitter.

Product and wireless status indicators

simultaneously:

– Orange(solid): The wireless signal strength is

low.

– Orange(ashing): An error has occurred.

Disconnect the transmitter from the mains and

reconnect it. If the problem persists, contact

your Bang & Olufsen retailer.
